The Nightmare Realm

The Nightmare Realm is the scary section of Dreamland where nightmares reside. Little is known about this area because this land has not yet been seen. However, a number of the creatures that live here venture out into Dreamland, including The Cyclops, pirates, and nightmare beasts. In addition, there are likely other things that have not yet been seen. The inhabitants of the Nightmare Realms are allowed to enter Dreamland because of a treaty with Nicodemus, however, they are forbidden from attacking the human visitors.
